About this Property

We just bought this condo over the winter so it is new to Vacation Rental By Owner. To see reviews of us as hosts please look at our other unit at http://vrbo.com/466331

When you walk in the door, you will see this is not just a beach condo. It is also our family's beach home and you will find it so much more of a home than your standard beach rental! I have been visiting in Atlantic Beach for the past 30 years so please feel complimentary to ask any questions you have about the unit or area attractions. Prior to and during your stay, I will also be available by phone, text and e-mail to answer any questions you may have.

When you arrive at the condo, you will find bags carts and grocery shopping carts as well as an elevator to make moving into the condo simple and fast. There is a screened sitting area in the front and a separate laundry room that has a full size washer and dryer. The condo itself has comfort vinyl plank floor all through with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, completely supplied kitchen, separate wet bar, oceanfront screen porch off the living room and a separate oceanfront balcony off of the master bedroom. The master has a King size bed with a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom along with a private half bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a twin bunkbed and a Full size bed. The couch in the living room also pulls out into a full size bed. There is a sizable TV and DVD player in the living room and TVs in all 3 Bedrooms as well as the kitchen bar area. All the TVs have cable as well as Roku sticks. WIFI is supplied. In the living room you will also find board games, playing cards, puzzles, DVDs, books, etc.

From our home you are literally steps away from the grille and picnic area, the pool, and most importantly the beach!!

Underneath the condo is a storage room you will have access to which has two bicycles, beach chairs, umbrella, beach and pool toys, outdoor games for the children (and the grown up children) and fishing poles and tackle.

Directly across the street you have condo access to the pier and boatslips to keep your boat on the Bogue Sound as well as park your trailer. If you bring your boat, there is a public boat launch one mile away.

If you ever need a bigger unit with handsome lakefrontage, please take a look at our 7 Bedroom home on Lake Gaston with 4200+ square feet, 180 foot of waterfrontage and a humongous two level boathouse and pier at http://vrbo.com/466331

Usually, a single person in the group will be liable for making the complete reservation and recovering each person's contribution.

Make a List of "Preferences" and "Necessities"

What amenities is your group interested in? Is a screened-in deck a requirement? Are you more interested in wildlife or night life? Are sheets offered with the rental agreement, or will you need to provide your own? Create a list of priority conveniences to help narrow your search.

Accessibility and Special Things to consider
