Exquisitely furnished and exceptionally appointed, these opulent beach vacation units are draped like pearls all along our Crystal Coast. Blue Pearl Homes are top-of-the-line vacation homes. Such as the Substantial Private 15 x 32 Pool (which can be heated for $650/week + tax - only available mid-April thru mid-October; if the temp goes below 55° the heat pump will not work), a Private Hot Tub (see item #19 below) and an Elevator (to all levels)!

Level Two: Bedroom #4 is the main Oceanside Master Suite with a King Bed, a Private Bath with a granite Jacuzzi Tub, and a Private Deck. Living Area. Dining Area. Kitchen has a Microwave and a Dishwasher. Outside Speakers allow you to savor music pool-side, or deck-side!

Conveniences Include: High-Speed Wireless Internet Access, 7 TVs with basic cable, movie channels, and other extras, as well as DVD players! The TVs include premier Directv with 315 channels, every premium movie channel, 35 sports channels, and music channels. Don't want to miss your favorite shows? No worries! There is a DVR so you won't miss anything while you're at the beach!

Up to 3 Dogs Accepted with $75 Pet Fee + tax each for Weekly stays. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
