The Master bedroom has a private porch looking out over the ocean with a king size bed and flat panel TV. Second bedroom with queen bed, flat panel TV. Third bedroom with 2 twins, TV/DVD player. Ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. Living room with sleeper couch, 37" flat panel TV, Blu-Ray/DVD. Kitchen is completely equipped with Keurig and dishwasher. Washer/Dryer. Wireless Internet. Other amenities include oceanfront pools, outside shower, elevators, access to Bogue Sound, boat storage available, ask property manager for details. grille/BBQ (charcoal) and access with a boardwalk leading to the beach.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Atlantic Beach. Booking in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance.
