Downstairs is a newly refreshed full kitchen with high-end appliances, washer/dryer, half bath, and living room area with a enormous flat screen equipped with cable TV and a comfortable pull-out couch for additional sleeping space. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds. Three total beds can sleep 6 people comfortably. The upstairs full bathroom includes 5ft rainshower. Outside there is a huge private deck ideal for entertainment; grille, lights, fire, and casual seating. Wash off after the beach in our surfboard outdoor shower! Bringing your boat? There is ample room on the property to park your boat, and even more convenient there is a private neighborhood ramp about 50 yards away from the condo.
