The sound front dining room comfortably seats 12 at the additional-sizable extended table. Fabulously Private Bedrooms: Four additional bedrooms - each with their own ensuite bathroom, also include large flat screen TV and pillow-top beds – with the ground floor bedroom featuring an outdoor hot/cold shower. Resort-like outdoor amenities: The dock home at Malibu features an evening firepit with comfortable lounge seating while the pool deck and soundfront yard showcase a 33’ swimming pool with chaise and Adirondack chairs. An outdoor kitchen featuring 2 grilles – XL Wilmington Grille and XL Big Egg Grille plus soundfront outdoor dining, a 7-person hot tub and a hammock for afternoon naps under the live oaks.
