Great backyard with outdoor shower, fire chimney and sizable sectional with umbrella to savor after a great day at the beach! Close to eateries, grocery stores and the charming sunsets at the point! Spectrum basic service available on all TVs and an broad DVD collection is available for the DVD players in the family and media rooms. Oversized gas grille on back deck make grilling easy access from well outfitted gourmet kitchen. Kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, double convection wall ovens, refrigerator with filtered water with ice maker, 5 burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and 12 cup pot coffee machines, blender, crockpot, toaster oven, toaster.
