Linens are supplied for stays of 4 or more nights, and cleaning is supplied in the rental charge.
For off-season units (September - May) we have a 2-nighttime minimum stay; renters pay the linens fee if staying fewer than 4 nights.
Downstairs:
Downstairs (has its own separate exterior entrance) has a queen bed and a pull-out futon, a full bath with a washer/dryer, a kitchenette with a sink, dorm refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker, and dishes and silverware. There is also a flat screen TV. There is a gas grille for the use of guests, as well as beach chairs, body boards and two modest beach carts, and a corn hole game set. We also have a beach umbrella that you can use. There is an outside shower with attached changing area with hot and cold water, as well as a hose for rinsing off feet.

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is near a water park and near the beach. Emerald Forest Golf and Star Hill Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Hammocks Beach State Park and Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area. Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Isle Adventures are also worth visiting.
