The primary bedroom suite features a King bed, private bath with rain-shower, sprayer and bench seat. The game room is a ideal place to hang out and also features a bar with a slushie machine. Additional amenities include 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges, washer/dryer, 7 Intelligent TVs for streaming, and wireless Internet access. An enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water is convenient after beach outings. Beach wagon is included for your convenience. Two public beach accesses within 300 ft. Public boat ramp directly across Emerald Drive (boat parking at the home). Weekly only. Available year-round. No smoking anywhere on the premises. Dogs allowed with $300 non-returnable fee per pet (2 max., 50 lb. limit, no cats). 100 Coquina Drive.
