Important to Know

After booking, guests are required to complete a simple rental agreement through Away by the Sea. The agreement outlines home rules, property details, and local requirements to help ensure a smooth and delightful stay.

House Rules

• Keep it cozy, not crazy! We ask that there be no events or enormous gatherings to ensure a peaceful stay for everybody.

• Quiet time is 11pm to 9am — please help us keep things peaceful for our neighbors and fellow beach lovers!

• Please let us know right away if anything is amiss so we can get it handled for you quickly. Text is finest!

• Family Pets are allowed by request only. Furry friends are welcome once approved! Guests wishing to bring a dog must contact us before booking or prior to arrival to obtain approval. Please note that cats are not allowed due to the homeowner`s severe allergies.

• Backyard etiquette: Kindly clean up after your pet so the outdoor space stays fun for everybody.

• Towel Care: Please do not use the white bath towels, hand towels, or washcloths to remove makeup, self-tanner, hair dye, or clean up spills or messes. Black makeup towels are supplied specifically for makeup removal. Damaged or permanently stained towels may result in replacement charges.

• Grille Use: You’re welcome to savor the grille during your stay! Please leave it in the same condition you found it—cleaned and brushed after use. A $25 cleaning fee may be applied if additional cleaning is required.

• Starter kit supplied with essential items for your arrival.

• Minimum age is 25 years old to book at this property.

TRASH & RECYCLING

Before checkout, please take all trash and recycling to the curb according to the collection schedule and instructions posted on the refrigerator.

If trash and recycling are not placed at the curb as directed, a $50 fee will be charged to cover the additional trip required for disposal.

To help us keep the home fresh, clean, and welcoming for every guest, we kindly ask that family pets remain off the furnishings throughout your stay. Thank you for helping us keep Blue Haven guest-ready!
