The home is located right in the town of Emerald Isle, near shopping, dining, and the public boat launch.

This bungalow has thoughtfully selected furnishing throughout, to create a modern coastal appeal that is both beautiful and inviting. Every detail has been designed to help you relax, relax, and completely embrace the beachside lifestyle.

The warm sunshine and gentle ocean breeze make every meal, snack, and beverage taste just a little better. Unwind with your favorite summer read, watch the waves roll in, or relax as the stresses of everyday life melt away. As evening sets in, getaway to the dune dock where the ocean breeze is strongest and the sunset vistas are memorable. If you choose to - high-speed wireless internet throughout the home keeps you connected. The fire pit, the sand box and the horse swings in the garden are for both homes to share.

For guests traveling with electric cars, the property also offers a shared EV charging (30-amp plug) - just be sure to bring your own charging equipment.

Main Level: Step into a true open floorplan. The living room space takes the center stage. Great entertainment center with its sizable tv, books for you to savor and games for the whole family. You are right in the center of this handsome space. Next there is the kitchen, which is well outfitted, so you can prepare a simple meal or a gourmet one. And you have everything to create that unforgettable dining experience on the enormous dining table. And did we mention the view? The coffee bar/bar will complete all your needs.

Washer and dryer are next to the kitchen. A full bath conveniently located on this floor, for community use or for bedroom #2.

Bedroom #1 is a handsome Master King Suite and a private bath - offering comfort, privacy, and a peaceful getaway after a sun-filled day.

Bedroom #2 features a comfortable Queen bed alongside a Twin/Twin bunk bed, making it ideal for a mix of guests.

Up to 2 dogs allowed with $200 + tax pet fee per dog. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
