Sitting gracefully on the edge of the oceanfront, the main home spans two levels, offering three lavish bedrooms and three and a half baths. The first floor hosts the first serene primary bedroom, while the second floor features an additional primary bedroom, along with a third bedroom featuring 2 bunk beds. Each adorned with its own private balcony overlooking the azure waters.

The cavernous living area seamlessly integrates with the state-of-the-art kitchen, adorned with sleek appliances and minimalist aesthetics. Floor-to-ceiling windows invite natural light to dance across the polished surfaces, creating an ambiance of tranquility and warmth.

A separate studio, located just steps away from the main home, offers a fourth bedroom complete with a queen bed and full bath, providing privacy and comfort for guests.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not supplied. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be included with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

OTHER NOTES:
-Fireplaces are for decoration only, and cannot be used
-Effective on any reservations starting 7.25.24 family pets are no longer allowed

You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Beaufort, NC attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
• Some property management companies offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses. • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
