Come and appreciate this state-of-the-art vacation home! Shearwater is elegantly overlooking the ocean in the very beautiful Ocean Ridge community. The bright decor and huge, open windows allow for the crisp sun to flood the rooms with warmth and relaxation. Savor sitting on the oceanfront decks watching the rolling waves. This bungalow is just a short walk to the beach from the oceanfront deck. This home features a separate apartment over the garage, complete with bedroom, mini kitchen, and full bathroom for guests. A Linen Package is supplied with your reservation at Shearwater. HOME HAS BEEN REFRESHED IN 2021 WITH NEW PAINT, NEW FURNITURE, NEW STAINLESS-STEEL APPLIANCES, NEW MINI SPLIT IN GUEST HOME, AND MORE!
