Located feet away from the Intracoastal Waterway. Bring your boat; you have complimentary access to our private ramp with "no" wait time. Don't have a boat? Fish off our fishing pier and clean your fish at the end of the dock or sit and relax and watch the yachts and dolphins going by daily. We are a pet-friendly Vacation Rental, and there is a pet fee. There is a Queen-sized bed in the primary bedroom and bunk beds in the private area; the kids may want to bring their sleeping bags and sleep in the loft, even if they are 20+. There is a full bath, kitchen, and the living room. Rustic on the outside, beachy on the inside. The 10ft deep shaded porch is a great place to gather in the afternoon and evening. We offer self-check-in. But please stop by the office to sign in and pick up literature to make your stay more fun. We will be more than happy to assist you. Core Creek Bridge and Beaufort Historic Site are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include North Carolina Maritime Museum and Mount Maker Charters. When to book & When to go:

• Summer months are high season in Beaufort. To find the best value, try shifting your family's Beaufort, NC vacation week to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are out, just like you would at home.
• Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the rental one final time and look for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on great reviews to propel more reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
