Inside, you’ll find a bright living area, two comfortable bedrooms (sleeps four), a completely equipped kitchen for real cooking, and in-home laundry for convenience. The layout is simple and functional, making it simple to settle in and feel at home.

Step outside to appreciate the entirely fenced yard — ideal for calming with morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. The home sits in a peaceful residential neighborhood with fast access to grocery stores, eateries, and the waterfront district.

Guests driving electric cars can take advantage of the on-site Level 2 (40A) J1772 EV charger, available for a $25 flat fee per stay. (Tesla drivers should bring a J1772 adapter.)

Property Care
This is a privately owned home, not a hotel. Please treat the property and furnishings with care. Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Registered Guests Only
Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless prior approval is given.

Occupancy & Gatherings
No events or events. min. of 6 people on the property without prior written approval.

Quiet Hours
Please be mindful of neighbors, especially between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

Smoking Policy
No smoking inside the home. Outdoor smoking is allowed with doors and windows closed. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Additional cleaning costs may apply for violations.

Family Animals
Dogs are welcome with a $50 pet fee. Limit of 2 dogs. No cats or other animals without prior approval. Please clean up all pet waste.

EV Charger
Level 2 (40A) J1772 charger available for a $25 flat fee per stay (1 week or less).

Kitchen & Grille Use
Please wash dishes and clean appliances after use.
Do not operate the grille under the carport. Turn off gas at tank after use and clean grille before departure.

Furnishings & Property Use
Please do not rearrange furnishings.

Energy Use
Turn off lights and AC when leaving the property.

Trash
Please remove trash before departure.

Check-In / Check-Out
Please adhere to scheduled check-in and check-out times. Late checkouts must be approved in advance and may incur costs.

Unauthorized late departures beyond 4 hours may result in additional charges up to the nightly rate and removal from the property if necessary.
