## TWO HOMES, ONE GROUP

Instead of squeezing everybody into one huge home, your group gets two complete homes just steps from each other. Gather for meals, games, and time together, while still having separate living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and peaceful spaces when everybody is ready to do their own thing.

The homes have similar layouts, making it simple to divide your group between them. Each is roughly 1,100 square feet with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private primary suite, entirely equipped kitchen, living room, laundry, fenced backyard, and garage game room.
