Step out onto balconies off both the living room and master bedroom, where you’ll be treated to the relaxing sounds of the waves and striking vistas of the pool and ocean. Conveniently located on the first floor, this cavernous condo features three attractively appointed bedrooms: a comfortable room with a queen bed and a half bath, a cheerful room with two twin beds, and a opulent master suite with a king bed and an en suite bathroom. Each bedroom, along with the inviting living room, features its own TV for ultimate comfort. The entirely equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking up meals, offering both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig for your morning brew. For added convenience, the unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer. As for amenities, you’ll savor oceanfront pools, invigorating outdoor showers, elevators, a charcoal grille/BBQ for outdoor meals, a boardwalk that leads you directly to the beach, and a private dock on Bogue Sound. The private dock includes boat slips (please reach out to property management for details). . Please note that family pets are not allowed in accordance with HOA rules.
