Saturday to Saturday, 7 day units only during the season. Off season, please inquire about less than a week stay.
Check in after 4 pm, check out before 10 am. Cleaners are very prompt!
Linens and bath towels are included. Bring your own beach towels, beach equipment, and chairs. Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and infant items may be rented locally. Ask property manager for info after booking to reserve them early.
Emerald Hideaway is pet friendly. Dogs only, no more than 2 per stay. Pet fee is per pet. Please add the 35.00 per nighttime pet fee at time of booking, or let the Property Manager know after booking so she can add it. Property Manager will need to add second pet fee, so please let her know after booking.
Pool may be heated for an additional $625. Contact your property manager, she will need at least a 24 hour notice.
All guests pay a 55.00 damage protection fee at time of booking. This covers you up to 1500.00, only if guests report the damages BEFORE CHECK OUT to property manager.
Elevator inside home runs to all 3 levels.
Parking: 4 cars can park inside under home, 6 cars comfortably in driveway.
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property.
No smoking allowed.

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is on the beach. • Property managers frequently offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses.
