Hawk's Nest is a 4-Bedroom, 3.5-Bath Soundside home, located in a peaceful, secluded setting, this home is a calming place to hideaway. This home even offers vistas of the Sound! With community access to Bogue Sound, close by boat ramp, and location only 2 blocks to the Ocean, Hawk's Nest is located so you can savor them both! There is even a nice, grassy yard for kids to appreciate! Its marvelous location, plus the Private Pool and NEW Hot Tub, make Hawk's Nest the ideal place to spend a week in Emerald Isle! The ground level of this home is where you will find Bedroom #1 with a queen bed, games, a Intelligent TV, DVD player, Bluetooth Sound System, and a full bathroom.

Level one has the other three bedrooms. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, Intelligent TV, and deck access. Bedroom #3 has a Twin/Double Bunk Set, Intelligent TV, and DVD player. Both of these two rooms share a full bathroom. Bedroom #4 is the master bedroom with a king bed, Intelligent TV, deck access, and a private bathroom.

Level two is the great room including the living room, dining area, and kitchen, as well as an additional half bathroom.

Conveniences Include: 4 Intelligent TVs, DVD Players, Wireless High Speed Internet access, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, 2 Refrigerators, Microwave, Open and Covered Decks, Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, Constructed-In 5-Burner Gas Grille, with Granite Counter & Sink, Bikes, Pool Floats. Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! No Cats. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 2 nighttime minimum in advance during Off Season, last min. during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
