DESCRIPTION:
Hop on into Ribbit...it's the pad for you!
The garage on the ground level opens to the bunk room with twin bunk beds, a foosball table, a full bath, and a laundry room. A great space for kids of any age!
As you head up the stairs to the 2nd level you will find the great room and cozy kitchen. A nice open layout is supplied so you can appreciate the family fun even if you are stuck cooking for your guests. A King primary suite with a enormous private master bath is also on this floor. Off the dining area is the screened porch overlooking the turtle pond with table and chairs for dining "alfresco".
The two guest rooms on the 3rd level share a Jack and Jill bath. One guest room offers a Queen bed and the other offers 2 Twin beds. Both rooms are decorated to ensure a peaceful stay here at Ribbit. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all linens are laundered between guests, even the comforters.
The front yard is home to the turtle pond and tucked around the left side of the home is your private pool...come on, the water is great! If you are interested in bringing your pups, please do with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per dog/max. of 2.
The beach access and community pool are located at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court. This would be roughly a 12-15 min. walk from Ribbit or an even faster golf cart ride! There is parking for the cart at the beach access.
