The Great Room's Atlantic Ocean vistas are phenominal! In the Living Area savor comfortable seating, High-Speed Wireless Internet, Flat Panel Intelligent TV with access to streaming apps, and more! This property features an interior Laundry Area with Washer/Dryer. The Dining Area offers ample seating while bar seating makes a great place for light meal, breakfast, lunch, or dinner! The modern Kitchen is equipped with Coffee Maker, Oven, Fridge, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Griddle. Central Heat/Air Conditioning.

Appreciate sea and sun on the Private Deck with Furnishings, partake a slumber in the Hammock, or delight in an al fresco meal at the Picnic Table after cooking on the supplied Charcoal Grille! (2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
