Nina Street House is a roomy 2-bedroom and; 1.5-bath 3rd Row Vacation Home, with a private Gazebo and Hot Tub! Nina Street House is located on a enormous, secluded wooded lot within walking distance to the ocean. This class beach home is ideally located to be within a short drive to the local sights and sounds of the Crystal Coast, including historic Swansboro, and a spectacular drive to the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores, Fort Macon State Park, and even the striking town of Beaufort. Ground Level: Covered Parking. Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower. Level One: Extensive, open Living Area has a humongous Gas-Log Fireplace! Sitting Area is just off the Living Area. Half Bath. Dining Area has access to a cavernous deck with furnishings for outside dining! Kitchen Area has a Microwave & Dishwasher. Tall Cathedral ceilings throughout! Bedroom 1 has a Queen Sized Memory Foam Mattress. Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed. Both Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a Bath.
