Ocean Reef 3-A1 is an Oceanfront First Floor 2 Bedroom in the unique Tudor-styled gated condominium complex Ocean Reef with many recent updates in the last 3 years!

It comes with a stackable washer and dryer, stove, microwave,3 huge flat-screen HDTVs with access to streaming apps, and Bluetooth Bose speakers for your vacation enjoyment! There's also a Hot and Cold Outside Shower on the ground level. Guests can access the storage area with beach chairs, umbrellas, skim boards, and body boards. Tennis rackets, balls, and various sports equipment are available too.

The Oceanfront Living Area features an electric fireplace, TV, DVD player, queen sleeper couch with additional plush bed, and an oceanfront deck with comfortable furnishings and impressive vistas. The Oceanfront Dining Area offers great vistas as well. The Kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, Stainless Steel cookware for the culinary enthusiast and a enormous island bar with seating. Master Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, Flat Screen TV, DVD player, Full Bath with a soaker tub and shower, and a private deck. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV, and there's a Full Bath in the Hall with a shower. Savor amenities like high-speed Wireless Internet, All New Central Heat & Air System and an electric fireplace.

Feel the ocean breezes on your private porch or relax in the soaker tub! Plus, there is no need to walk to an access point, you can access the beach directly from this condo!

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
