You'll find nothing but relaxation when you kick up your feet at Rest Ashore in handsome Emerald Isle. This newly refreshed 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is located in the fashionable gated Dolphin¡s Ridge subdivision.

Ground Floor: Bedroom #1 with a king bed, flat screen TV and private bath.

Level One: Bedroom #2 with a queen bed, flat screen TV and deck access. Bedroom #3 has a double/twin bunk set. This floor also has a bright and airy living area with access to the deck overlooking the (11¡x32¡) pool and a full bathroom. The living room is open to the modern kitchen, which features an island with seating for 4 and plenty of counter-space to whip up a seafood feast. The dining nook has seating for 4 as well.

Level Two: Bedroom #4 is the master bedroom, featuring a king sized bed, flat screen TV, deck access and a private bathroom.

4 Color Cable TVs, 4 DVD Players, CD Player, Ceiling Fans, Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, Gas Log Fireplace.

**Note: The garage is not included in the rental and is not available for guest use at any time.**

This property does not have a Membership for the community amenities. Including parking at the club home.

Please Note: Per the HOA, renters are NOT allowed to bring or rent golf carts.

Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents nightly with a 3-nighttime minimum in Advance during Off Season, last min. during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
