Located in the Ocean Grove section of esteemed Beacon's Reach,our 2000 sq. ft. beachfront townhouse is just 50 steps to the beach and 80 steps to the pool (yes we counted!). It sleeps 6 very comfortably with each of the three bedrooms on a separate level featuring it's own balcony and bathroom.

The living room/dining room is on the top level. The well equipped kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The bottom level has a beach room with bunk beds (full bottom and single on top) which can sleep three more guests.

About the Area

Located in Pine Knoll Shores, this vacation home is on the beach. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Flatwaters Paddling are also worth visiting.   • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some property managers offer discounts for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Booking websites frequently offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses.   • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental when you are away, just like you would back home.
  • When it's time to leave, take a final walk-through to make sure you have not forget any personal items. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a wonderful vacation? Many rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear about it. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
