Pristine, NEWLY modernized, OCEAN VIEW queen suite featuring a NEWLY remodeled, OCEAN VIEW wraparound covered deck. Located in an oceanfront condo community in Atlantic Beach, your private-to-the-community beach access is only a few steps away, and the broad ocean view is yours to take in from inside the comfort of your beach getaway. Outside the unit, get comfortable in the oceanfront seating on the shared wraparound deck, relax in the gazebo atop the dunes, grille out, or appreciate the oceanside pool.

The two-story condominium building is oceanfront, and your suite is ocean view. Your second-floor room is on the side of the building, three doors down from the oceanfront corner of the building. From the wraparound shared deck, you can see Shackleford Island where the descendants of the wild Spanish mustangs roam, and on a clear day, you can see the Cape Lookout Lighthouse off in the distance.

Atlantic Beach is located on a southward-facing island which, depending on the time of year, gives you the opportunity to see both the sun rise and set over the ocean! When the sun does set over the sound vs the ocean, you can take a fast drive across the street and down Pelican Drive where the public pier offers handsome photo opportunities.

This pretty space is your own personal oceanside getaway. We refreshed the condo with care and expert craftsmanship to bring tranquility and luxury to your beach vacation. We are proud of this splendid ocean view unit and would adore for you to call it home for your Atlantic Beach vacation.

Tips to get the perfect Beaufort, NC vacation rental experience:

Getting the best rental value:

  • To find the best value, try shifting your family's Beaufort, NC vacation to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer warmer temperatures, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some property management companies offer discounts for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.
  • Many rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Beaufort, NC area visitors guides which include money-saving deals, either offered directly by local companies, or through a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Beaufort, NC visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

Selecting and booking the best Beaufort, NC rental:

  • Start by choosing the best vacation week and a max budget.
  • Determine how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. Ocean View - Oceanside Beach Retreat has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Beaufort, NC rental home search.
  • Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is usually accessible on booking pages. If not, email or call the host before booking the property. Remember that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds. You will need to work out what configuration is optimal for your vacation.
  • Are you looking for unique amenities? Most rental search websites include amenity lists and search filters.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. .
  • Some rentals allow pets, and others don't. Allowable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional fees may apply. Ask the owner about allowable pet guidelines before booking.

More considerations:

  • Be sure you get the host's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental.
  • Upon check-in, record any damages to the rental property and immediately contact the property manager. Keep records of all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, television set or washer/dryer. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief call prevents a lot of concerns.
  • Be respectful. Often, nearby homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property when you are away, just like you would at home.
  • Double-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed everything on check-out day. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your family have a excellent vacation? Most rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or host was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
