Located between Beaufort and Morehead City on Radio Island, Olde Towne Yacht Club is a striking place to spend your next vacation! This condo complex has the best of all worlds being close to historic Fort Macon State Park, the striking town of Beaufort, a breathtaking drive to Emerald Isle, and don't forget to check out the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores on the way there! Olde Towne Yacht Club amenities include a cavernous Clubhouse, a Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower with a Dressing Area, Grilling Area, a well-equipped Exercise Room, a Sauna and an Elevator.

Olde Towne Yacht Club 215 is a handsome, 3-bedroom, 2-bath, artfully decorated Soundfront condo with a Gourmet Kitchen. Located on the Intercoastal Waterway, it offers vistas of both Historic Beaufort and Carrot Island, where the wild horses play. Set in a World Class Marina setting and adjacent to Sandy Beach, this is a photogenic place to rest, relax and appreciate North Carolina's Crystal Coast. Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay.

Marina with Boat Docking Facilities are available - Slip Units are available through the Complex Association. Guests may fish off the dock as well! Please Note: No boat parking unless guest rents boat slips through the marina.

Bedroom #1 is the Master bedroom with a King bed, Waterfront Deck access, with great vistas. Bedroom #2 and Bedroom #3 each have a Queen bed. Well-appointed Gourmet Kitchen. Dining Area has seating for 6, plus additional Bar seating for 2.

Additional Conveniences include: 4 Color Cable TVs, DVD Player, a Stereo, CD Player, High-Speed Wireless Internet access, In unit Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Extensive Covered Deck with Furnishings, and Folding Chairs for the beach.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Fort Macon State Park and Rachel Carson Reserve reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include North Carolina Maritime Museum and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores.   • Walk through the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition.
