Pebble Beach F-208 is a Second Floor Oceanside with Pool View 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo on 2 levels (main level + loft) located in the professionally landscaped Pebble Beach Oceanfront Gated Condominium Community off Coast Guard Road within walking distance to family theme parks, kiddy race tracks, arcades & eateries.

MAIN LEVEL:The Living Area has a Queen Sleeper Couch, Cathedral Ceiling and faces the indoor/outdoor pool. Balcony with furnishings is just off the living area. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar has a dishwasher & microwave. Master Bedroom has a Queen bed and a Twin Bed. Full Bath.

LOFT AREA: Spiral Stairs lead to the Loft Bedroom which has a Queen Bed and a Full Bath.

Conveniences Include: 3 Color Cable TVs, 2 DVD players, Central Heat & Air. Stackable Washer/Dryer. Ceiling Fans. Beach Chairs.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
