• Self check-in with a unique keypad code for your stay.
• Parking: Circular driveway fits up to 3 cars. Boat & trailer parking on site, plus boat launch access via the HOA.
• Beach & parks: A park key card is supplied for Hammer, Ocean, McNeil & Garner Parks (beach access w/ parking).
• Beach gear: 4 beach chairs, beach towels & a Shibumi shade supplied. Please bring your own beach umbrella.
• Outdoor cooking: Grille, Blackstone & smoker, with propane included.
• Coffee: Keurig (K-Cups), so bring your favorite pods. No ice maker, so plan to grab a bag of ice.
• Little ones: Pack 'n Play and kids' dinnerware available.
• EV: Standard 120V outlet near the driveway for Level 1 charging.
• Pool service: Tuesdays & Saturdays. The tech only needs access to the pool area.
• Pool will not be available from October 4 to mid-May
• Trash: Bins go to the curb the nighttime before pickup (details in the guidebook).
• No family pets, smoking, or events. Quiet hours start at 10 PM. Max 10 guests at any time, including visitors.
