Queens Court 1201 is a One Bedroom, One Bath, Oceanfront Condo. Savor the handsome Ocean vistas from your private covered balcony! Living Area has charming Ocean vistas, a Queen Sleep Couch, and direct access to the private covered balcony.There is also a Flat Screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD Player in the Living Room. The bedroom has a Queen bed and private bath. Dining Area has seating for four, and additional seating for three at the Breakfast Bar. The Kitchen Area includes a Microwave and Dishwasher.

Additional Conveniences: 2 Color Cable TVs, Blue-Ray DVD Player, CD Player, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Private Deck, Central Air/Heat.

Queens Court is an Oceanfront Condominium Complex within walking distance, not only to the ocean but to the water slide, miniature golf, eateries, shopping, go-carts, arcades & more!

New Sport Court for tennis, badminton, pickleball, basketball, cornhole & putting green (facility only – equipment is not supplied), outdoor swimming pool (pool typically open May 15 - October 15 9am - 9pm), Grilling Area, Oceanfront Gazebo with seating, Private Beach Access Walkway, and Outside Showers. Please Note: Fire pit and clubhouse are for owner use only.

PARKING INFORMATION:

● Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes.
● Golf Carts and boat/trailer parking are Not Permitted on Queens Court Grounds.

Linens and Towels supplied with Beds Made for Weekly and Nigthtly stays.

No Smoking.

No Animals.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents nightly with a 3 nighttime minimum in advance during Off Season, last min. during In Season.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
