Appreciate a outstanding week with amazing vistas at Seascape! This 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath, Oceanview home located in Emerald Isle is a striking reverse floor plan style giving you incredible vistas of the Atlantic from the living area located on the top floor.

Your family will appreciate the open floor-plan of the main living area including living room, dining area and completely equipped kitchen including a bar. Step out on the roomy deck directly from the living area and appreciate the ocean breeze. Savor evening dinners with the side of salty air at the dinning table with seating for 4. Additional seating for 2 at the bar and 2 at the breakfast table located in the kitchen. A Half Bath is located off of the main living area.

Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, TV, Private Bathroom and direct access to the covered deck. Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed and couch with direct access to the covered deck. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds. A full bathroom is located on near Bedroom #2 and #3 to share.

Conveniences Include: 2 Color Cable TVs, 1 Roku TV, DVD Player, Stereo with CD Player. Central Air/Heat. Washer/Dryer. Covered and Uncovered Decks with Furnishings. Fireplace not to be used.

Note: The Driveway and Stairway is narrow to get to the property.

No Smoking!

Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 nighttime minimum in advance during Off Season, last min. during In Season.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
