Summer Winds B-236 is a marvelous 2nd floor 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Oceanfront Condo! Spectacular Atlantic Ocean vistas are complimentary and can be seen from the living area and deck spaces! Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and Private Full Bath. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds and access to the Shared Full Bath.

Well-equipped kitchen with Stove/Oven, Fridge, Microwave, Dishwasher.

Linens and Towels supplied with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents nightly with a 3 nighttime minimum in advance during Off Season, last min. during In Season.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Indian Beach, this vacation home is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Flatwaters Paddling are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Coral Bay Shopping Center. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Emerald Isle Adventures are also worth visiting.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To get the largest vacation home for your budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Beaufort, NC restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some owners offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Keep your rental home locked while you are out! Don't let burglars spoil your family vacation.
  • Double-check every room of the property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a wonderful time? Many rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your property and/or host was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise.
