Summer Winds B-236 is a marvelous 2nd floor 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Oceanfront Condo! Spectacular Atlantic Ocean vistas are complimentary and can be seen from the living area and deck spaces! Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and Private Full Bath. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds and access to the Shared Full Bath.

Well-equipped kitchen with Stove/Oven, Fridge, Microwave, Dishwasher.

Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Flatwaters Paddling are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Coral Bay Shopping Center. • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To get the largest vacation home for your budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Beaufort, NC restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.

• Double-check every room of the property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
