Living Area has surround decks with pool & ocean vistas. Generous Dining Area with oceanfront deck and outdoor furnishings including lounge chairs & ottoman, table and 4 chairs! Kitchen/Bar Area has microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom has King Bed, private bath & private deck access. Bedroom #2 has Queen Bed and private bath. Bedroom #3 has a Queen. Bedroom #4 has two Twins. Bedroom #3 and #4 have a shared bath. Central Heat & Air. 5 Color Cable TVs, DVD Player, CD Player. Washer/Dryer.

NOTE: On Units 120, 135, 222, 235, 301, 331 420, 442: Balcony has shoring posts installed until permanent repairs can be made to the fascia. No more than 5 people on the balcony at a time until shoring posts are removed. All units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.
