Point Emerald Villas is an oceanfront condominium complex in the secluded western end of the island called ¡¡The Point¡¡. This could be your best choice if beach strolls, surf fishing, photography, surfing, or beachcombing for shells are among your favorite things! Only mins. from shopping and eateries, but you still get the feeling you are away from it all! Point Emerald Villas is a gated community with 2 outdoor swimming pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, basketball goals, picnic area and courtyard grilles. Wooden walkways for painless beach access. Sorry, no elevator in B Building!

Point Emerald B-204 is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Almost Oceanfront Condo located on the 2nd Floor. (Only 1 building from the ocean). Linens includes 2 queens and 2 twins.
