When not appreciating the ocean (2 min. walk) you can appreciate the phenomenal pool, which is heated from April/May and Sept/Oct. Come visit during Spring and Fall with 2-nighttime minimum units. During summer weeks (June-August) this home is a SATURDAY TO SATURDAY weekly rental; 7-day minimum.

Come visit our fabulous home, located on the `preferred` West end of Emerald Isle. A 2 min. walk from the beach; voted Finest Beach in North Carolina by USA Today`s 2018 beach survey! This is a great home for a private family visit or gatherings of a mature group of friends. It is NOT a event home as it is located within a very peaceful community.

Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of storage space underneath the home.

We will be available via text or messaging through the app. Otherwise you probably won`t meet us.

VERY QUIET residential beach community (please respect our neighbors who very much savor the peaceful :) Exit the driveway, take a right, and walk 2 mins. south and you`re on our impressive beach! You can also rent a bicycle and head to town which is a very short ride.

The home is located in the best location possible on Emerald Isle, down the preferred Coast Guard Road section, the first turn after coming onto the beach from the mainland. This location accepts for painless arrival and departure when everybody else is fighting the 2 mile long log jam to pick up/drop off keys from local real estate firms in town.

Come enjoy our outstanding beach and private pool! House comes with WiFi connection and intelligent TV`s......50` in Living Room and (2) 32` versions in each of the two Queen bedrooms. Although we provide bath towels, we do not provide beach towels, so would ask that you bring your own to use. We can normally accommodate guests with beach chairs. If you require the use of beach chairs, let us know and we`ll leave them out for you.
