Interior Laundry with Washer/Dryer. Entirely equipped Kitchen with coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, waffle maker, slow cooker, blender. Recreation/Game Room with Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, Air Hockey Table, Foosball Table. Dog Run Area with Waste Bag Dispenser, covered and open deck areas with deck furnishings. Charcoal grille.
