Interior Laundry with Washer/Dryer. Entirely equipped Kitchen with coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, waffle maker, slow cooker, blender. Recreation/Game Room with Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, Air Hockey Table, Foosball Table. Dog Run Area with Waste Bag Dispenser, covered and open deck areas with deck furnishings. Charcoal grille. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly only Saturday-Saturday.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
