Wake up to the sound of the ocean and step out onto breezy decks from every bedroom on the middle and upper levels - everybody gets their own front-row seat to that fresh sea air. Beach days are a breeze with public beach access just across the street, and when you’re ready to discover, you can comfortably walk to the pier, local stores, and crave-worthy eateries close by.

The upper level is where everybody naturally gathers. Whip up your favorite coastal feasts in the entirely outfitted kitchen - complete with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, and plenty of space to spread out around the island or dining table (crab boil nighttime, anyone?). After dinner, kick back in the living room with the 55” Roku TV or head downstairs to the ultimate additional space.

Up to 2 dogs allowed with the All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - no Fee! No cats. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
