Adore your extended family, but not enough to hang out with them 24/7? Summer Breeze is the ideal place for you! Summer Breeze is a private triplex home, featuring THREE separate living spaces, each with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a living room, dining area and full kitchen! The pressure is OFF to fix a humongous family dinner every nighttime while trying to relax - each family group can prepare a dish in their own kitchen to share, or just split off for some peaceful time in each unit!

Summer Breeze is located directly across from a beach walkway on a peaceful street - you'll be on the soft sand in moments! Come home for lunch and snacks - don't worry about sand in the sandwiches! And there are enchanting vistas of the crystal ocean from the roomy upper decks (East and West units). The slightly more petite lower East unit, which we affectionately call "The Bungalow," offers ocean peeks, a shady patio and NO STAIRS to contend with!

New to the rental market in 2022! Each of the upper East and West units sleeps 7 in 3 bedrooms. The Bungalow (lower East unit) sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms. All rooms - living areas AND all 9 bedrooms - in Summer Breeze have a view toward the ocean, and the decks will provide plenty of relaxation as the sun goes down!

All kitchens are entirely supplied with all of the essential items (pots, pans, dishes, silverware, flatware, serving dishes, appliances) you'll need to whip up a great meal! Summer Breeze also offers high-speed Spectrum internet and TV.

A max. of 2 cars per unit would normally be allowed; however, with ONLY full-home units, you can squeeze 7 cars into the lot, but understand that it will be tight.

We are Ken Dehnel and Helen Ramazio, new owners of Summer Breeze, Emerald Isle. Visit us on F B, Summer Breeze Emerald Isle! Tips and Tricks to get the perfect Beaufort, NC vacation home experience:

When to book & When to go:

  • Summer is high season in the Beaufort, NC area. To book the most suitable vacation home within your budget, we recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group.
  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for specifics.
  • Find a copy of your local Beaufort, NC visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, visitors guides have coupons for nearby tours, shops, and attractions.

Use filters to search efficiently:

  • Choose your vacation dates and maximum budget.
  • Note the number beds and what type of bedroom configuration your group needs. Second-Row FULL TRIPLEX w\/Great Ocean Views! Sleeps 20-9 BRs! has 9 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rental home search.
  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is normally available on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, email the host before you book the property. Note that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds and bunks.
  • Does your family require particular amenities? Most rental websites include amenity lists and search filters.
  • Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before booking
  • Are you bringing the family pet? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your property manager before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Pet fees or costs applied to your agreement.

Considerations for your stay:

  • Get the owner's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your . Store the host's information in your smartphone.
  • Document any issues with the rental at check in, and immediately send them to the property manager. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are very helpful if a dispute is filed.
  • Hosts are great sources of help! Feel free to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable vacationers disrupting your peace. Employ the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and places you would've not otherwise known about!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Lock your rental home while you're away. Keep your property safe!
  • On check-out day, take a final walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the host is not available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a fantastic vacation? Many rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
