Oceanside Sanctuary is a 4 bedroom with a loft, 3 bath, OCEANFRONT duplex with over 2000 square feet of living space that sleeps 14 people. The main level has a entirely equipped kitchen with all quality appliances, an eat-in island kitchen, a living/dining area with handsome and comfortable furnishings, and a queen sized bedroom with full bath. The second floor has 2 king sized rooms oceanfront with walk out deck, and 1 Queen sized bedroom with a modest private street side sitting deck, and 2 full sized baths. The third floor is a ideal getaway for the kids featuring 1 queen and 4 single beds and is equipped with toys and games. The duplex has complimentary WIFI, 5 Roku enabled TVs, a Weber Genesis propane grille, DVD players, beach furnishings and toys, and hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower. There is plenty of room to play and rest on the wide cavernous beach that is only steps from the back door. Duplex is private with its own separate walkway to the beach. The "lower Deck" is a ideal spot to appreciate the sunset with a drink in your hand while the rest of the decking areas are ideally suited for calming while watching for the occasional dolphins that swim by.

Please note that our Oceanside Sanctuary is a NO Smoking/Vaping property and is rented generally by the week during the summer. For the non-peak months of November through March, a minimum stay of three nights is required. Professional cleaning and linens are supplied, a $250 cleaning/linen fee will be added to the reservation fee.
