Located just a modest walk from public beach access, you can be calming in the sand or splashing in the waves in no time.
Inside, the home features TVs in every bedroom, so everybody can appreciate their own entertainment. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the cooking essentials you need to prepare anything from fast breakfasts to family feasts. The open layout makes it painless to gather and savor quality time together.
Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully planned, with three bedrooms on the third floor—including the primary suite—and a fourth bedroom on the second floor for added privacy. With three interior bathrooms plus a full outdoor bathroom, getting ready after a day at the beach is a breeze.
Step outside to enjoy the fresh ocean air on the balcony or deck, each furnished with plenty of seating. Whether you’re sipping coffee while watching the sunrise, appreciating an afternoon snack, or winding down under the stars, the outdoor spaces make every moment special.

BED CONFIGURATIONS:
2 King Beds, 2 Queen Beds, and 1 Bunk Bed

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not supplied. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be supplied with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed under 25 lbs; the fee is $200+ tax per pet. This fee is non-returnable.
If you are booking online, select the number of family pets at checkout. Otherwise, contact Spectrum Rental Properties directly to add the pet fee to your reservation.

OTHER NOTES:
-Fireplace is for decoration only.
-Bunk Beds have 150lb limit
-No smoking
-Staircase in the kitchen to the downstairs is steep
-Beach Access is about a 2 min. walk and located right across Howe Street
