This fashionable resort locale is coveted for its coastal lifestyle and laid-back vibe. Appreciate the therapeutic effects of being near the water, the salt air, the sunshine, and pastimes like watching the sunset and strolls along the beach are a few of the perks. At Azure, access to the ocean is a fast walk away.

This home maintains a connection to nature with an broad yard ideal for playing frisbee or ball or letting your puppy play. Its position high on the lot makes it the ideal spot for calming and watching the waves. With magnificent outside spaces for dining, sipping wine or coffee, your friends and family will beg to join you on this adventure. They can with ample sleeping, living space and tons of parking for gathering. The interior is a delight as the main living space showcases cathedral ceilings that let in loads of natural light. The layout is bright and open with highlights of azure blue and features a kitchen and dining space constructed for spending time together with ease. Four bedrooms, two with en suite baths, guarantee privacy and a bit of luxury that feels utterly indulgent at the beach, especially with ocean or sound vistas from every room! Be sure to take advantage of the outdoor shower after your time on the shore. There's nothing better than calming hot water and the cool ocean air. Plan a cookout, too, with the gas grille that will make dinners a breeze.

Azure is located close to the heart of Emerald Isle, where there is always adventure to be found. Discover all the fun, the fishing, and the places to dine. WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not supplied. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be supplied with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed under 25 lbs; the fee is $200+ tax per pet. This fee is non-returnable.
If you are booking online, select the number of family pets at checkout. Otherwise, contact Spectrum Rental Properties directly to add the pet fee to your reservation.

  • Walk through the rental one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent ratings to inspire new bookings. They'll be thankful for your review.
