Beach Dreams East is an oceanfront beach haven! This 4-Bedroom, 3-Bath Oceanfront Duplex is ideal for a family getaway with convenience in mind. High Speed Wireless Internet Access Supplied! Take in the ocean vistas from the deck and let the waves send you into a calming trance.

Ground Level: Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower under deck. Bedroom #1 has 2 Twin Bunk beds and Flat Screen TV. Laundry Room with a Washer/Dryer. There is also a full bath on this level.

Level One: Bedroom #2 has a King Bed and access to the Oceanfront deck. Bath off of the Hallway. The Kitchen features, among other appliances, a Gas Stove, a Microwave and a Dishwasher. The Dining Area contains a table that seats six. The Living Area has a Flat Screen TV. Doors open to the Deck off of the Living Area. At the end of the Boardwalk to the Beach is a Gazebo for soaking up the ocean breeze.

Level Two: Bedroom #3 is Oceanview and has 2 Double Beds. Bedroom #4 is Oceanview and has a Queen Bed. There is a Full-Bath off of the Hallway.

Conveniences include: Central Heat/Air, a Washer/Dryer, a Gas Grille, High Speed Wireless Internet Access, an Oceanfront Deck, a Microwave, a Dishwasher, Ipod Speaker System, an Outdoor Showers, a Beach Boardwalk, and a Gazebo. Appreciate the boat launch facility and access to the sound at the new Emerald Isle Boat Launch Facility located less than 2 miles away! Between Mile Marker 17.5 and 18 on Highway 58, adjacent to Chapel By The Sea.

Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

  • Walk through the rental one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a terrific stay? Most rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was defective and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
