Striking upstairs, two bedroom, pet friendly unit at Front Street Village in Beaufort. Located just a short walk to the 34 Degree North restaurant and Beaufort Hotel, "South ACK" is just mins. to the fashionable Beaufort waterfront. This condo features a humongous covered front porch, one assigned parking spot with plenty of other spots available, water vistas, and a place to park and charge a golf cart. Inside you will find an open floor plan, wood floors in main living area, solid surface countertops, stainless steel appliances and a well equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms on main floor feature king size beds, master has a private in room full bath, and second bedroom has a full bath in the hall. There is a huge loft upstairs with a queen size bed and a sleeper couch. Use this room for sleeping, games, media room, or recreation spot. Sleeps a total of 6 in beds, and 8 with the sleeper couch pulled out.
Bring your own golf cart-the unit does not come with one. There are plenty of places to rent one in town!
Electric car charging is right across the street.
