Introducing Bill Fish, your dreamy coastal hideaway in Emerald Isle!

This 10-bedroom, 11.5-bathroom oceanfront haven is like something out of your beach vacation fantasies, complete with its very own private elevator – talk about living the high life!

Now, let's talk comfort. We're talking 8 king-size beds, 2 queen-size, and 2 comfortable twin bunk beds. So, bring the whole gang; there's room for everybody! Plus, there’s even a crib in the room on the second floor with a king bed, because we’ve got your family’s comfort in mind.

And for all you foodies out there, the kitchen situation here is beyond epic. Picture this: not one, but five ovens, a pair of full-size fridges/freezers, not to mention 3 ice makers (yes, three!), and a commercial size ice maker downstairs. You've got 3 microwaves, 3 dishwashers, and a kitchen supplied with all the extras – we're talking ice cream maker, waffle iron, 3 Keurig K-Duo coffee makers, 2 wine/drink fridges, a refrigerator drawer, 2 toaster ovens, 2 slow cookers, and a snazzy Vitamix blender. Culinary adventures, anyone?

When it’s time to relax, we’ve got you covered with an Audio-Visual Entertainment system throughout the home and outside on the decks. So, you can set the ideal beachy mood, whether you’re indoors or soaking up the sun outside.

Now, let's talk entertainment. Bill Fish has you covered with high-speed wireless internet, ideal for all your streaming desires. And if you're in the mood for a movie nighttime, there's a home theater system to keep you entertained. Gamers, rejoice! There's an Xbox Series S and a PlayStation 4 ready for action. Plus, we've got a library for those who prefer a enchanting read and a wet bar for mixing up your favorite drinks.

When it's time to sizzle some steaks, you'll find not one but two gas grilles ready to sizzle up a storm. And dining options? Take your pick from many indoor and outdoor seating areas. Appreciate the sea breeze on furnished and covered decks or take refuge in the gazebo. Savor laying by the pool, which can be heated for an additional $625.00 per week. The landscaping is pro-level, and we're pet-friendly with LVP floor throughout.

For those looking to play, there is a game/arcade room indoors and cornhole boards for outdoor fun. Plus, we are eco-conscious with two Tesla charging stations on hand.

Bill Fish is also a fantastic spot for events and retreats. So, whether you're planning a family reunion or a corporate hideaway, we've got you covered.

Linens and towels? Yep, we've got those too, and we even make the beds for you (weekly stays only).

Just remember, we rent weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Smoking isn't allowed, but, hey, we do welcome your furry friends (up to 2 dogs, sorry, no cats).

One last thing: Bill Fish is so fashionable that it offers first dibs on booking for weeks between Memorial Day and Labor Day. And when you're ready to lock it in, payment is due at the time of booking.

So, what are you waiting for? Bill Fish is calling your name, and it's time to answer the ocean's siren song!

Tips to get the very best rental experience:

How to get the best value:

  • Summer months are high season in the Beaufort, NC area. Book your Beaufort, NC rental property in Spring or Fall to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Beaufort, NC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for specifics.
  • Many rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Beaufort, NC area travel guide magazines that include money-saving offers, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a relationship between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Beaufort, NC area magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

Finding the perfect vacation rental:

  • Begin by selecting the best vacation week and a budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and the bed configuration you need. Bill Fish, Oceanfront House in Emerald Isle, NC! has 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our vacation rental search.
  • Precise details about bedrooms and bed counts & types is generally accessible online. If they are not listed, call the property owner before reserving the vacation property. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds in living rooms. You'll need to determine what is best for your family.
  • Are you looking for particular amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters with amenity lists. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find the perfect rental home.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before booking
  • Traveling with pets? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your property manager before booking, and study your agreement! Additional fees or charges could be applied to your agreement.

More tips for your stay:

  • Review check in & check out procedures before traveling. Save the instructions to your smartphone, and take a printed backup.
  • Note any damages to the property at check in, and immediately contact the host. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be useful if a dispute is filed.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, stereo or kitchen appliance. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief telephone call can prevent quite a few issues.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will magnify your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are a great source for finding the best local beaches and restaurants.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can typically help. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Lock your rental property while you are out! Don't let thieves ruin your family vacation.
  • Just before checking out, take a final walk-through to confirm you didn't forget any personal items. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and scan for damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a fantastic time? Most rental home management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
