Feel like one of the family when you come stay at Bill's and Jill's beach home! This traditional beach bungalow has been long-standing on our coast, dating back to the early 80s. You will be surrounded by its classic style as soon as you walk through the door. You won¡t find any frills here, but this incredibly economical oceanside 3 bedroom, 2 bath bungalow is within walking distance to the ocean and neighborhood beach access.

Ground Level: Covered Parking. Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower. In-Ground Charcoal Grille.

Level One: Living Area with Intelligent TV for access to streaming apps, Dining Area and Kitchen/Bar Area with a Microwave and Dishwasher. Washer/Dryer. Open Deck is just off the Living Area and has a Picnic Table. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and a Full Bath.

Level Two: Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed & a Twin Bed in the same room. Bedroom #3 has a Double Bed. Bedroom #2 and #3 share a Full Bath.

Conveniences include: High-speed Wireless Internet, 1 Intelligent TV with access to streaming apps, a DVD Player, a Washer/Dryer, Covered Parking, an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, an In-Ground Charcoal Grille, a Microwave, Dishwasher, and an Open and Covered Deck.

Appreciate the boat launch facility and access to the sound at the new Emerald Isle Boat Launch Facility located accross the street! There is also a playground for kids!

Linens and Towels supplied with Beds Made for weekly and nightly stays.

Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with the All Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100.00 will be charged to the credit card on file. If there are any pet damages, an additional fee of $250.00 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 3 nighttime minimum in advance Year Round.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
