Located in Emerald Isle, this enchanting half home on the sound offers 3 comfortable bedrooms - the master bedroom ensuite has a king bed, a sitting area with the view of the sound a private porch and its own bathroom. The guest room has a queen bed, and the hall bath also on the second floor. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a trundle and a twin bed. With an open concept living family and friends can gather together and make extraordinary memories as this home is meant for a sizable group! It’s a ideal home with a 3 min walk to the beach, 2 decks and private firepit, sound vistas a boat lift and kayaks and bicycles with a liability waiver and modest fee to use the for boat lift- you won’t want to leave:) Appreciate the shared hot tub and dock and firepit (shared with neighboring other half of the home) you will appreciate the vistas and more and guests can relax and relax after a day at the beach. Rent both sides and have up to 16 people together on vacation!!!
