Unit D- Located in the Blue Water Complex on sound side of Atlantic Beach-this unit offers one level living in a comfortable 2nd floor condo. This unit offers 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths overlooking the pool & distant ocean vistas. Simple walk to beach through public beach access (beach wagon included for simple transport of beach supplies). NO Smoking, NO family pets!
NOTE: May 30th to August 29th SUNDAY TO SUNDAY, 7-nighttime minimum stay is required. August 29th to May 28th, 3-nighttime min. stay with flexible days.

About the Area

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is by the sea. Country Club of the Crystal Coast and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway. North Carolina Maritime Museum and Flatwaters Paddling are also worth visiting.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Just before checking out, complete a final walk-through to confirm you haven't forget anything. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on good reviews to stimulate more bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your review and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to solve it.
