**Our condo unit is H-302. Currently, we do have a very nice, wide ocean view off to our left. This view could be impacted by ongoing construction of new development in adjacent lot.

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is near a water park and near the beach. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Flatwaters Paddling and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores.
