Dog park and boat ramp only 1/2 mile away.
.5 acre lot with mature landscaping, flower garden for gardener, huge concrete patio with steps to the deck and a gazebo under a enormous oak tree that provides shade for the deck and patio.
Pet friendly for 2 dogs with no weight limit.
