Private Beach Access. Only a 10 min. walk to the beach or a short drive to our private beach front parking in our gated beach front lot with showers onsite. Walk to stores, eateries & nightlife. Only a 3 min walk to the Cedar Street Pier on the sound. Linens supplied, including beach towels. Gas grille, picnic table. The open floor plan, yard, screened in deck and third story open deck are great for tons of family fun. Parking for 3 cars (2 covered spots) and an outdoor shower.

The space
Centrally located in the heart of Emerald Isle near the end of a peaceful street, this new home provides serenity and tranquility in a location that has walking access to many eateries and hotspots. With an open floor plan decorated in the country coastal style, the home is warm and inviting with a very "beachy vibe". The screened in deck has ample seating and a 2nd third floor deck provides a warm sunny place to catch rays.
