Main level of home consists of the full kitchen, dining area with water vistas, living area with plenty of seating, along with the Primary bedroom. Primary bedroom features King Bed, private outdoor covered porch facing Turner St, huge closet, and handsome bathroom with walk in shower, tub, and huge vanity.

The third floor hosts 2 sizable bedrooms with one king bed and one queen with crib available upon request. Both featuring a shower/tub, toilet and vanity. King room has private balcony with seating.

Entry level you will find a full suite. Including kitchenette (full refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, kitchen essentials, toaster, microwave & coffee maker), living area, dining table for 2, bedroom with queen bed, enormous bathroom with walk in shower, along with an additional washer and dryer! This also features a private entrance door facing Turner St with courtyard fenced in. In addition there is the interior door to entryway/garage/stairs/elevator.
