Located in the breathtakingly impressive, oceanfront, and fresh gated community of Spinnaker’s Reach, you will savor calming by the community pool or hitting the beach via the community beach access, both just a few steps away! Make use of the community golf cart parking if you rent a golf cart locally!

Level Two: This level has a roomy, open living area and dining area with pretty vistas from all over! The main living area is ideal for entertaining with ample seating and wide open spaces. Intelligent TV with access to your favorite streaming apps with your own accounts is supplied as well as a DVD player for family movie nighttime. The game table is sure to come in handy for the kids’ electronics or your social evenings - the home owners have generously supplied various board games, puzzles, and DVDs for your use and enjoyment.

The dining area comfortably accommodates eight. The gallery-style kitchen/bar area has additional seating for two more! The kitchen is completely equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals and snacks for your family throughout your week at Nor Easter, including oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. You must pick up ONE PASS ONLY at the Spinnaker's Reach Community office located near the gate to the community - you will need to provide your reservation to the office to receive your parking pass. Passes are for cars only (golf carts do not need a pass).

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
