Croatan National Forest and Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Forest Golf.   • Go through the rental one final time and look for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
